Roy is the definition of a great car salesman. Before he would even suggest any car for me to choose. He gave me a coffee, asked me to sit, and we had a conversation about what I wanted to do with it. He was more interested in helping with what I needed than trying to suggest the most expensive thing they had. I was even declined for the financing originally, he spoke to the supervisor at the financing branch and explained my situation and why my credit was lower than the ideal client. I was accepted for the amount I needed to get the car that fit my needs. Most salesmen would just push the highest price within the budget, but he suggested three different cars for me to check. Each with different prices and stressed that I make sure my choice remains my own. Absolutely zero pressure sales. Even after the sale was completed, he continued to work for me and my deal became even better. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be going to him when it is time to change this car. Out of 5 stars he gets 6!

If you are looking for a new car go here! I never thought as a single mom I could be driving a new car. I have been looking for months and have been to many dealerships before coming to see the guys at Approval Genie Ottawa.
